Описание: 1979 год. Доктор Парк Чжон Нам получает альбом с фотографиями, сделанными в 1941 году, когда он будучи студентом проходил практику в госпитале Ансон. В этот год цепь мистических событий затронула всех, кто там работал.
Тогда, Чжон Нам влюбляется в мертвую девушку, покончившую с собой. В больницу поступает маленькая девочка, единственная выжившая в авто-аварии, и каждую ночь её посещает призрак умершей матери. Местный хирург замечает, что его жена не отбрасывает тени. А в округе свирепствует маньяк, жестоко расправляющийся со случайных жертвами, будь то солдат или ребенок.
