Описание: Зин - роковая красотка из бангкокской преступной группировки влюбляется в якудза Масаси и уходит из банды. Но чтобы защитить ее Масаси вынужден вернуться обратно в Японию, оставив Зин одну растить дочку Зен, которой поставлен страшный диагноз - аутизм. Но оказалось, что Зен обладает врожденным талантом интуитивно осваивать любой стиль единоборств, просто наблюдая за тренировками соседней школы или смотря фильмы по телевидению. Когда Зин заболевает раком и ей необходимы деньги на лекарства, Зен и её друг Мом находят старые записи Зин, в которых перечислены долги. Не подозревая, что эти записи связаны с подпольным бизнесом Зин, они отправляются собирать долги.
«Пропустить "Шоколад" нельзя — все-таки женщины в подобных фильмах появляются не так часто, однако ему отчетливо не хватает руки мастера, которая добавила бы в схемы и бои жизнь. Усугубляет ситуацию и беспорядочный сценарий. Но Джи Йа в этом точно не виновата.»
«Certainly, her acrobatic performance and the outstanding action scenes in general mark “Chocolate” as a must see for martial arts fans. The film’s shortcomings, whilst an annoyance, are not unexpected, and do not prevent it from delivering an intense, thrilling action experience.»

«Of the three films that Pinkaew is known for Chocolate sincerely has the best story of the three and even a fair amount of heart without being cheesy or sappy. It does a better job of setting up the action and establishing character than either one of those others films could ever hope for.»
«"Chocolate" is certainly a guilty pleasure for those with indiscriminate tastes and who like their Thai action hard, fast and brutal. Yet, just like the schoolyard cat-fight it ends far too quickly and once the fight is over one can only feel a bit shameful for enjoying the spectacle.»
