Early on, to save money, flew "courier" flights LA - Tokyo several times to get moved and working in Tokyo; later in other parts of Asia.
Once, almost able to arrange, a three movie acting/producing deal with a company (through Pinewood Studios, UK and an Asia company). Funding fell through but it included the title, "The Man Who Loved Jane Austen".
