Plot: An odd foreign woman comes to Japanese provincial temple to attend an abbot's funereal. Nobody knows where is she from and why she arrived here. But it is clear that she have no place to go. She stayed in the temple to assist for a while. Jennifer, or 'Jenifa' as they called her, even hardly able to speak Japanese, easily found a common language with all inhabitants. All, but one quiet boy. He was keeping apart from others, wasting a days away in a field. Inhabitants called him 'Juvenile A' behind his back. Feeling sincere interest in the single, self-absorbed guy, Jennifer makes a first steps to strike up an acquaintance. And one day even this eccentric will find a common language with Jennifer to say whoone is and tell a sad story from his life. And Jennifer will give the story a happy end.
