Plot: Sergeant Tong Fei mistakently killed the elder daughter of public prosecutor Ann Gao while he was in the process of capturing wanted criminal Cheung Yattung. Ann works doubly hard to bring Cheung to justice. But as Cheung is about to stand trial, Ann's younger daughter, Ling, is kidnapped by a professional killer, Hung King, to be returned only if she drops all charges against Cheung.

Since Ann hates Tong so much that she refuses to let him have anything to do with the case. Finally, Tong finds how one traffic brougth together the lives of these people in dramatic action adventure about friendship, dute, love and hate.
